When Northeastern came to us to produce a new program for admissions, we asked them to turn the problem on it's head. Not who wants them, but who do THEY want for students. This was a more selective approach, appropriate for a very hot school. This was such a successful show that we produced a companion program called Classmates We Want, told from the students' point-of-view.
